Returns | Shipping


Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. Note we do not ship out on Weekends or Holidays. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume. Please note at this time, no carriers are guaranteeing ship times due to Covid-19. ARSN The Label is not responsible or held liable for any packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier or for incorrect shipping addresses.



While we aim to be as accurate as possible with pre-order ship times, these are estimated dates and are meant to be used as a reference date. Orders will be charged in full at time of checkout. Preorder pieces with an on-time ship date may not be cancelled or altered.  In the event of inability to ship your item within 7 days of initial estimated shipment date, you may request to cancel your order and apply for a refund. 

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.



Standard shipping within the US is typically 4-6 business days. 

Priority shipping within the US is typically 1-3 days.



We now ship WORLDWIDE. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Standard International shipping is typically 6-21 business days. 

Priority International shipping is typically 3-5 business days.

Due to BREXIT we have had to make the difficult choice to put a minimum spend of $185USD (roughly £140 pounds) on orders going to the EU & UK.

International customers (outside of the US) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas. Any returned packages for the refusal of paid duties fee's will incur a 10% re-stocking feee + any shipping costs + fees incurred. 



We hope that you love your ARSN pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns received back to us within 14 days of receipt of product. Returned merchandise must be accompanied inside of it's original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Items must be packaged as they originally came to prevent damages. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns received back to us after 14 days post delivery, or returned worn or damaged in any way, will be refused or can be requested to send back to you at an additional ship cost.

To make a return please use our portal located under our contact page. Use the drop down button, choose return and provide your order number and what you would like to return. We will get back to you within 48 hours with additional information. 

  • Custom orders are non-returnable. 
  • Sale and promotional sale items (including promo code sales & limited time pre-release pieces) are not eligible for return.
  • Earrings are not eligible for returns due to sanitation reasons. 
  • Re-sized or altered items in any way are not eligible for return.
  • All sales are final on marked down 'Sale' items.

We recommend holding onto your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to ARSN. Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will process the refund. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by us. Return processing begins the day that your order was delivered back to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at 



The best way to exchange a product for another color or size, would be to email us for a return label and to place a new order for the correct item directly. This is the only way to ensure the item you're requesting is available at the time of return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.  



For both Affirm Installments and Split Pay, if your ARSN order is eligible for a return based on our return policy, we’ll process your return.  After we receive the items back and process your refund, Affirm will credit your loan balance for the amount of the refund. You’ll still be responsible for paying Affirm any remaining balance on your loan after the refund, including any shipping or restocking deducted charges from your refund. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with payments even during the return process.
