Ambassador Terms of Use

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS OF USE;

You certify to ARSN The Label that if you are an individual (i.e., not a company) you are at least 18 years of age. You understand and agree that the arrangement is not deemed to create an employment, partnership, or joint venture between ARSN and any Brand Ambassador. You agree that by acceptance and participation in the Ambassador Program that you are agreeing to and are bound by all terms outlined below.

As a Brand Ambassador you are expected to act with honesty, comply with Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) guidelines and adhere to all applicable laws. By participating in the Ambassador Program and creating Content, the Brand Ambassador agrees that ARSN The Label can use the Content without any limitations on the Site, social media accounts, blog or in its marketing activities, royalty-free, worldwide. No guarantees are made by ARSN The Label to re-share submitted contributions. Shared submissions will be at the discretion of ARSN The Label.

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS;

ARSN Ambassadors are provided with two options to enter our Ambassador Program. Ambassador must explicitly state which program they are interested in taking part in. Programs are outlined as follows;

1. PERSONALIZED DISCOUNT CODE PROVIDED TO YOU.  (YOU PICK THE PIECES)

By placing an order using the provided AMBASSADOR discount code, you are agreeing to all terms outlined in this agreement. 

Ambassadors entering into the Ambassador Program with an ambassador promo code purchase will be authorized to choose the pieces to their liking with a one-time-only promotional code to be used at checkout. Ambassador may purchase up to 5 pieces of their liking at the discount disclosed to them. Ambassador agrees and understands that code is being provided in exchange for agreed upon social media posts to be made by Ambassador in exchange for exclusive discount code. By making a purchase using the ambassador discount, the Ambassador is agreeing to make the following posts to their social media accounts while tagging @arsnthelabel 

1. ONE STORY POST (unboxing, wearing, packaging, etc) 

2. TWO ON-PAGE POSTS (must be visible, match ARSN aesthetic)

3) ALL POSTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING PIECES

Misuse of the promotional code will forfeit your opportunity to be a part of the Ambassador program.  In some cases, misuse of the code will also make you subject to additional fees. Ambassadors are not authorized to share provided code with anyone. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation fee of 10% assessed to any unauthorized orders using provided code. 

2. FREE PIECE (OF OUR CHOICE)

By being accepted into our ambassador program and providing a shipping address to send gifted piece to, you are accepting the terms as outlined below;

Ambassadors entering into the Ambassador Program with the gifted piece option will be given an option of 3 pieces to choose from once accepted into program. By accepting gifting and providing a shipping address to ARSN, the Ambassador is agreeing to make the following posts to their social media accounts while tagging @arsnthelabel

1. ONE STORY POST (unboxing, wearing, packaging, etc) 

2. TWO ON-PAGE POSTS (must be visible, match ARSN aesthetic)

3) ALL POSTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING PIECES

Shall Ambassador accept participation into Ambassador Program and fail to uphold agreed upon terms, and fail to post required posts on social media, Ambassador will be required to forfeit acquired 'gifted' pieces immediately or will be required to pay losses in value of the item(s) to ARSN The Label. 

GUIDELINES;

As a Brand Ambassador contributing content, you agree that your content meets the following guidelines:

1) You are the owner and creator of the submitted content.

2) Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.

3) Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).

4) Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

5) Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to age, ancestry, citizenship, color, creed, religion, disability, ethnic origin, family status, marital status, place of origin, race, records of offenses, gender, sex, sexual preference, sexual orientation (each a “Prohibited Ground”).
